Section 19 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 requires a contracting authority to publish its procurement strategy on the internet.
The council's Corporate Procurement and Commercial Improvement Strategy 2018 to 2022 sets out how it intends to ensure that its procurement activity delivers value for money and contributes to the achievement of the authority's broader aims and objectives, in line with Scotland's National Outcomes.
Feedback on the Strategy was sought from both internal and external stakeholders and this feedback, in conjunction with responses from the Corporate Procurement Unit, will be uploaded to this webpage in due course.
