What is it?

Traffic Lights are signal devices located at road junctions, pedestrian crossings, and other locations to control flow of traffic.

A Pedestrian Crossing is part of a road where pedestrians have the right of way to cross the road.

All crossing are designed to keep pedestrians safe and allow them to cross the road safely, through the flow of traffic.

We are responsible for fixing all faults with Traffic Lights and pedestrian crossings throughout the city, except for temporary lights as a result of road works.

How do I report a fault?
