Position: Hospitality Services Manager

Duration: Permanent

Role Profile/Grade: Cat 3, Grade 4

Core Pay: £20,218.89 - £22,071.00

Non-Core Pay: £1,077

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week

Work Pattern: (5 over 7) to be worked flexibly between 8.00am to 6.00pm

An opportunity has arisen for the position of Hospitality Services Manager working within The Kelvinhall. You will report in to the operations manager responsible for The Kelvinhall.

You will lead a team consisting of a team leader, cook and hospitality representatives and be responsible for delivering a quality customer focused catering service to a wide range of customers. Your main duties and responsibilities will include daily banking procedures, maintaining and ordering of stocks, delivering catering to a set standard on time and within budget.

In addition you will be responsible for the motivation, training and supervision of the hospitality team in all aspects of catering including health and safety, environmental health and cleaning.

You will be required to work closely with the location operator considering new initiatives and enhancing sales. The successful applicant will be dedicated and highly motivated with the ability to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of all service types and will ideally have a proven track record within these types of operations.

You will have supervisory experience, with the ability to communicate with internal and external customers, whilst ensuring performance targets are achieved. There is a requirement to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
