Position: Valet and Environmental Supervisor

Duration: Temporary, for a period of up to 13 weeks

Role Profile/Grade: CFUS3/Grade 3

Core Pay: £18,270.32 - £19,948.79 per annum

Non-core Pay: £1109 per annum (NSWP/H)

                          £758 per annum (WCD)

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week

Work Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday, 8.00am to 3.00pm

An opportunity has arisen for the position of Valet and Environmental Supervisor where you will report to the Area Operations Manager/Assistant Area Operations Manager.

The main duties and responsibilities will include supervising and motivating a team of Valet and Environmental Operatives. You will liaise with administration staff to ensure tasks are allocated appropriately and confirming clean status and completion of a tasks.

You will also be responsible for conducting risk assessments on properties to identify risks/hazards within premises prior to service being undertaken and ensuring it is fit for purpose for the team.

You must be conversant with all standard operating procedures for the service and Health and Safety practices ensuring the Valet and Environmental Operatives understand and inspect the work carried out by the Valet and Environmental Operatives ensuring it meets cleaning standards

You will undertake deep cleans of properties in line with detailed work schedule; ensuring finished property meets cleaning standards and you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning premises, collecting and removing rubbish, trade waste, white goods, furniture and any other items identified in work schedule, using basic powered equipment and hand tools.

It is essential that applicants possess a full current UK driving licence.
