Disabled parking bay - To apply or request refurbishment, you must contact your local social work office for an application form.

Monday to Saturday, 7.30 am until 7.45 pm

Release fee:

£150 plus your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)

The PCN is £60, discounted to £30 if paid within 14 days of issue. There is also a storage fee of £20 per day.


Payment is only accepted by debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Required documentation:

Proof of ID, such as your driving licence.

Proof of your address, such as a utility bill.
