The treasury has now began changing the £1.00 coin. October 2017 will see all old coins being removed from circulation and they will no longer be legal tender after that time.

To comply with this we are changing Pay and Display machines. The process is currently ongoing and may result in some machines being unable to accept the new £1.00.

However they will continue to accept the old £1.00 coin and other currency. The Council has a mobile app and information on how this works which is available on the Ringgo website or by calling 0141 530 3303.
