The Building Standards Register is an online interactive applications register designed to meet the requirements of Section 24 of the Building (Scotland) Act 2003 which requires local authorities to keep a Building Standards Register for the geographical area of their authority.
Due to essential maintenance of our systems, the online Building Standards services will be unavailable between 5pm, Thursday 4th May 2017 and 9am, Wednesday 10th May 2017.

Building warrant and statutory notice data displayed here may be incomplete and should not be used as a substitute for obtaining a Property Enquiry Certificate. The Council accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the information obtained using this search access; any actions that are taken as a result of information displayed on this site are taken entirely at the viewer's own risk.
