Apply for a Parking Zone Permit

Anyone wishing to apply for a Resident or Business Parking Zone Permit can do so by using the online forms provided.

You can use our interactive Parking Map to find out which parking zone your property/business is located.

Business Parking Permits

Business Parking Permits are available in the following areas, you can submit an application using the online form.

Resident's Visitors Vouchers

Visitor's vouchers must be purchased by residents living in the relevant permit zone area. If you are in receipt of a Resident's Parking Permit, you can apply for Vouchers via our online form. If you are not in receipt of a Resident's Parking Permit please attach proof of residency (a copy of your current Council Tax Bill or a household Utility Bill) when making your application. There is a minimum purchase of 1 book of visitor's vouchers

    How do I change my vehicle registration on my permit?

    If you change your vehicle, or vehicle registration mark, you should email lsparking@glasgow.gov.uk with details of your old and new vehicle, together with supporting documentation confirming the change.  

    In the event that you no longer have the vehicle, you should notify the Council immediately by emailing the details to lsparking@glasgow.gov.uk. Any refund due will be calculated for the unused calendar months.

Live Chat has been designed to help you navigate our website and to answer general queries. If your enquiry is more complex, you may be asked to contact us via our digital services or by telephone or email. When you access or use our live chat software, we will only ask you to provide the minimum amount of personal information necessary to assist you. At the end of your chat, you will be asked to complete a short survey about your experience. We will use this feedback to help improve and develop our live chat service.
