What to do if you find a needle in a public place?
If you find a discarded needle in a public place, we will remove it within 24 hours.
Do not:
- touch it
- let friends or pets touch it
- hide it
- kick it down the drain
- put it in a dustbin, litter bin or down a toilet.
We do not remove discarded needles from the following locations:
- private land
- gardens
- closes
- back courts
