Appointments are available Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
You can arrange an appointment up to 2 weeks in advance.
As most licences expire at the end of each month there is a higher demand for appointments at this time. If your licence is due to be renewed, you should aim to make an appointment in advance to ensure your renewal application can be lodged before your licence expires.
Yes, please visit the online booking system where you will be asked to confirm the type and number of applications you wish to submit. In most cases, customers will be able to arrange their appointment online.
If the Licensing team need to contact you they will do so within one working day to make suitable arrangements for the submission of your applications.
You must arrive at the Service Desk in time for your appointment. If you arrive 3 mins or more minutes late you will not be seen as the agent will move on to the next appointment. If this happens you will need to reschedule your appointment.
If you have paperwork that must be submitted please make sure you bring this with you or you may need to reschedule your appointment and please ensure you arrive on time.

We are introducing our online booking system as part of this ongoing commitment.
Our new system offers greater convenience and flexibility. Enabling you to select an appointment at a time that suits you, with dates available up to two weeks in advance. In addition, an email will be issued to you the day before their appointment as a helpful reminder.
When you schedule an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. This email also includes instructions on how to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We only have a limited number of appointments that we can offer each day. If you arrange an appointment and are unable to attend, please ensure that you cancel or reschedule your appointment.
