The Annual Performance Report is a strategic planning and management tool that provides information about the Building Standards & Public Safety service, communicates our vision and strategy, and sets out our performance against strategic goals and targets.
We provide quarterly statistics to the Scottish Government which includes reports on the speed of decision making on Building Standards applications. The Annual Performance Report includes quarterly performance and service improvement updates.

The National Customer Satisfaction Survey is commissioned by the Scottish Government in partnership with the Improvement Service on behalf of local authorities. The survey is issued to all users of Glasgow City Council's Building Standards services in order to collect views on the service you have received from us.
The survey should only take a few moments of your time and all your responses play a part in helping Glasgow City Council's Building Standards Service improve our offer to you as our customer.
Please note that the survey seeks feedback on your experiences only in relation to the Building Standards service you received, and not in relation to other services such as Planning/Development Management.
