City Centre Lane Activation Fund

What is it?

The City Centre Land Activation (Pilot) Fund has been created to support projects and activities which make the people of Glasgow and visitors see their lanes as an integral part of a vibrant city centre. The fund is there to support events which will bring people into lanes.

Aims and Objectives

To enable occupiers, owners, communities, creatives and businesses to come together to create events which encourage residents and visitors to visit lanes and see them as active spaces which celebrate Glasgow's culture and heritage.

We are looking at festival events such as community fairs, markets or pop-up events which focus on creative, cultural or community themes.

The lane must be within the City Centre as defined by the boundary map attached to the guidance notes.
