Annual Report 2017-18
What is it?
Under Section 95 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 requires each relevant authority to publish an asset transfer report for each year.
The report sets out the number of requests that have been made and the number of requests, appeals and decisions that have resulted in different outcomes during that year.
