Home Care shift and salary information

Glasgow home care service is delivered 365 days a year, there are a range of shift patterns available including 7 days on and 7 days off and weekend work.

Below are examples of some of the shifts which we can offer.

Annual Salary Range (based on an average 35 hours contracted per week)

Core Pay: £19,119.20 - £20,797.68 (pro rata)

Non-core Pay: £1,904 - £3,670 (Pro-Rata, dependant on shift pattern) - Non-core pay is an additional payment due to Working Context and Demands and Non-standard Working Pattern/Hours. Payments are made in accordance with pay frequency.

We have a particular requirement for home carers in Glasgow North West and South, but we try where we can to place home carers in the area in which they live.

No previous experience or qualifications are necessary and all training will be provided by our in-house training team to give you the required skills and confidence to enable you to begin your career as a home carer.
