Free Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace resources and news.

Want to develop your interest or keep up-to-date with the latest E,D&I news, including access to free events?  If so, register here now for the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei) - the UK's leading employer network covering all aspects of equality and inclusion.

Thom Hughes, Workplace Inclusion Lead said: "We all have a role to play in creating an inclusive working environment and I'd encourage all staff to sign up to enei and make good use of their excellent resources.  Membership and access to resources will help you to advance your understanding and develop skills to promote equality and tackle discrimination in the workplace.  You will also be helping to deliver the council's Equality outcomes aim of 'achieving a diverse and inclusive workplace'."

Thom added: "We want all staff to recognise and value each other's differences and treat each other fairly and with respect. This is because we believe that staff who feel appreciated, valued and supported can be themselves; and that when staff can be themselves at work, they perform better."
