What we will not fund

The grant cannot be used to fund existing running costs or existing staffing costs.

You will apply by filling out the online application form.

Please get in touch with the Food Growing team if you require a different format of the application form.

Applicants will be asked to upload a copy of your constitution or other governing document, a copy of a recent bank statement and an image to represent your project. This image will be used online to promote the project. You must have permission to use the image in this way.

The applications will be checked to ensure they meet the Let's Grow Together Fund criteria. They will then be peer reviewed by the Community Food Growers Forum.

Once projects are recommended for funding you will be informed if your project is successful, and the money will be allocated to your organisation (or partner organisation) before the end of January 2023.
