We provide a pre-application advice service for householder and non-householder applications. You can submit a Pre-application Enquiry by completing the Online Pre-Application Form. For further guidance on pre application fees, process and outcome, please visit our pre-application advice page. 

There is a charge for Pre-application advice. Queries on whether a development requires planning permission are not considered pre-application requests. Therefore, if your inquiry relates to anything other than a pre-planning application, please complete and submit our online Planning Enquiry Form.
