What is it?

Scottish Exhibition Centre Limited is a company incorporated under the terms of the Companies Acts to promote international exhibitions, conferences and events and formally changed its name to Scottish Event Campus Limited on 26 January 2017. We are the principal shareholder in the company holding 19,900,000 ordinary £1 shares representing 90.87% of the issued share capital. Under accounting standards, we have a controlling interest in this company. It is therefore included in our group annual accounts as a subsidiary.
