  We (being the company named above) UNDERSTAND THAT :-The Council is under no obligation to accept verbal change information that will affect balances due by the Company without the relevant proofs being provided. As the above company manages multiple Non Domestic Rate properties within the Council’s jurisdiction it is as a matter of concession that update information will be accepted by telephone from the company contact named above. The information will be treated as viable and correct for the purposes of changing liability or claiming any exemption or relief to which we believe we may be entitled.
  
  We agree that :- The Council may make any enquiries necessary to check the information we have given. We understand that any exemption or relief awarded as a result of misleading statements will be recovered in full and that legal action may be initiated for recovery of any sums the Council believes are due by the Company, with expenses.
  
  I (being the company contact named above) DECLARE THAT :- The information that I provide on behalf of the company named above is true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and that the Council will be notified of any changes should they happen. I understand that the deliberate provision of false information in order to achieve financial gain is a criminal offence.
