Thomas Campbell McIndoe was a private, 5th Battalion Queen's Own Cameron Highlanders. Born Glasgow 1881, Thomas was the widower of Margaret Adamson and father of twins who died shortly after birth.

Thomas enlisted in Glasgow. He was killed in action on 16 July 1916 near Waterlot Farm, Longueval, Battle of the Somme. His name is recorded on the Thiepval Memorial Pier and Face 15B.
