George Simpson Fullerton was a second lieutenant serving with the Cameronians (Scottish Rifles). He died in France on the 29 July 1918 aged 30.

He was the son of Matthew and Jessie Simpson, of 85, Mount Annan Drive, Cathcart, Glasgow.
