Overview
The Development Plan Scheme provides key information to communities and stakeholders regarding how they can get involved shaping the next Development Plan, City Development Plan 2.
Accordingly, Glasgow's City Development Plan team have created the Development Plan Scheme as a 'Storymap' that forms the basis for future communication and interaction with the plan process.
Before drafting the Plan, the Council will be undertaking a range of early engagement activities which will involve the public and stakeholders in a number of ways, including the use of surveys and interactive activities online or in-person events. More information on the early engagement is found in the Development Plan Scheme and the survey at the end of the document.
Consultation
Consultation is underway for the Development Plan Scheme, we encourage all of those interested in shaping City Development Plan 2 to read the Development Plan Scheme and take the quick Survey.
The results of the survey will be considered by the Council with the engagement strategy updated accordingly.
The survey will be open for a period of 6 weeks starting August 16th - September 27th, 2023.
