This is the list of documents available for the submission by Councillor Kenny McLean:- "Council expresses its concerns over many of the measures contained in the recent welfare reforms announced in November 2010 by the UK Government. Council expresses particular concerns over the proposals to force the unemployed to work for benefits and believes it is immoral to compel people to work for well below the minimum wage. Council believes that the way to tackle unemployment is by creating jobs and opportunities and therefore calls on the UK Government to withdraw these regressive proposals from its welfare reforms.".
