This is the list of documents available for the submission by Councillor Mary Paris:- "Council welcomes the introduction of Community Payback Orders (CPOs) as an alternative disposal to short prison sentences. Council resolves to ensure that CPOs be adequately funded to achieve the basic aims of safety, justice and reduction of levels of reoffending. To that end Council also requires that the officer working group, set up to monitor the introduction of CPOs in Glasgow, have their membership and remit extended in order to involve elected members and to ensure a thorough evaluation of outcomes.".
