This is the list of documents available for the submission By Bailie Philip Braat:- "Council recognises the Improving Cancer Journey scheme which is a partnership between Macmillan Cancer Support, the City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde; notes that this is a pioneering support service for cancer patients in Glasgow and has helped almost 2,000 people with more than 10,000 problems since it began in 2014; understands that the service ensures that people in the city are automatically offered financial, emotional and practical support when they are diagnosed with cancer; praises the determination and hard work of all those involved in this fantastic project which is the first of its kind in the UK and is now recognised as a model for cancer services across Scotland and the UK; understands that the scheme has totally transformed the lives of people affected by cancer and their families and carers in Glasgow; and resolves to continue to work with our partners to ensure that no one has to face cancer alone.".
