Due to increased volumes of waste presented for collection and the public holidays over the festive period, we are running slightly behind schedule on some of our bin collection routes. Please be assured that our backlog is being reviewed on a daily basis and we are working to have this cleared as soon as possible.

A missed bin collection is when we have not emptied your bin after 6pm on the scheduled collection day.

It can take us up to 7 days to return to collect a missed bin. If you have already contacted us to report a missed bin collection, please allow 7 days before contacting us again.
