This is the list of documents available for the submission By Councillor David Turner:- "Council understands that having clean, well-maintained neighbourhoods across Glasgow is a high priority for residents, businesses and visitors. Council is concerned that, in many parts of Glasgow, the high level of maintenance of both the urban realm and the local environment is below the high standards set in our city centre and that this has a negative impact on local communities. Council believes therefore that the way in which waste is managed and the environment maintained by this Council requires fresh strategic consideration. These matters affect the way in which our city functions, how our citizens feel and how visitors perceive Glasgow. Therefore, Council resolves to work on an integrated city cleansing strategy, which considers and encapsulates the full range of services replating to cleansing, maintenance and promotion of civic urban realm, and the environmental improvement of communities across Glasgow.".
