This is the list of documents available for the submission By Councillor Matt Kerr:- "Council supports World Mental Health Day which takes place on 10th October 2016; understands that the day aims to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilise efforts in support of mental health; notes that one in four adults and one in ten children are likely to have mental health problems in any given year; is particularly concerned that mental health problems amongst our young people is on the rise, with the amount of under 21s taking prescribed anti-depressants almost doubling in recent years; recognises the work this Council has been engaged in through the Health and Social Care Partnership to help and support those who experience mental health problems; and resolves to continue to ensure that Council services and powers are used to protect and nurture people's mental health.".
