Early Learning and Childcare
Our Education Services has 110 Early Years Nurseries and there are also 345 Private and Voluntary childcare providers throughout the City (to include private nurseries, playgroups, child minders', Out of School Care and Crèche facilities).
We are aware of the Importance of early years learning and have all the information you need to make the right choice for your child. We offer a wide range of information on all childcare services (0-5 years) and support services for families and providers.

Invoicing
Pay your Invoice Online.
For all invoice and charging enquiries please use our Online Enquiry Form.
Invoices are generated every four weeks. Dates are detailed on your contract
It is important to keep copies of your Invoices for HMRC/Universal Credit purposes.
Please note requests for copy Invoices or Statements of Account may be subject to a fee.

What evidence do I need to submit?
- Most recent award letter for any of the benefits / allowances / tax credits stated in the GFIS website (opens new window)
- Most recent letter confirming the child is looked after by the local authority or are subject to kinship care or guardianship order
