City Centre Services

Over the last eleven years we have introduced a number of community safety initiatives to help make Glasgow City Centre a safer, cleaner and better place for residents, visitors and tourists.

Our City Centre Team coordinates these initiatives, working with partners involved in both the day (mainly retail businesses) and night time (mainly licensed premises) economies, and with statutory organisations and voluntary organisations involved in dealing with social issues.

We also work in close partnership with the Glasgow Alcohol and Drugs Partnership (ADP).
