What to do if you find a needle in a public place?

If you find a discarded needle in a public place, we will remove it within 24 hours.

Do not:

• touch it
• let friends or pets touch it
• hide it
• kick it down the drain
• put it in a dustbin, litter bin or down a toilet.

We do not remove discarded needles from the following locations:

• private land
• gardens
• closes
• back courts
