What Strategies and Plans do Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) have?

Within Glasgow City, our vision for community health and social care services is:

Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership, has a wide range of Strategies and Plans which set out the Partnership's strategic aims and objectives and provide a framework for the planning and delivery of health and social care services in the city.

Annual Business Plan (formerly Annual Service Plan and Improvement Report)

The Annual Business Plan (ABP), formerly Annual Service Plan and Improvement Report (ASPIR), reflects on progress in the last year and sets out future plans in respect to delivery of the Council Strategic Plan, the city Community Plan and the key local operational priorities of the service as set out in the Locality Plans.
