Request a new Recycling Bin (Glasgow Default)

Before you report your bin as being missed please check:

• The day your bin is scheduled to be collected using our Collection Calendar.
• It is after 6 pm on your scheduled collection date: if it is before 6 pm we could still be working to empty bins.

We may not collect your bin if:

• It is contaminated, for example your bins containing items which are not on our published list of acceptable items. For more information visit our Bins and Recycling page.
• The bin lid is not fully closed over, because it has been overloaded.

We do not collect any rubbish bags left beside your bin.
