Glasgow City Council City Development Plan and Supplementary Guidance
Glasgow's City Development Plan was adopted in March 2017, replacing City Plan 2 (2009). The Plan sets out the Council's vision and strategy for land use whilst also providing the basis for assessing planning applications along with its associated Supplementary Guidance. Scottish Government's Guidance on Householder Permitted Development Rights
