Private Hugh Baillie served in the 6th Battalion, Cameron Highlanders. Private Baillie died, aged 20, on 11 April 1917.
He was the son of James and Marion Baillie of 26 Hillside Place, Springburn, Glasgow. Before the war he was a draughtsman with the North British Locomotive Company based in Springburn.
