Kennedy, Fergus (1889 - 1918)

Fergus was the son of Mr John Kennedy and Mrs Mary Kennedy, Craigentarve, Pollokshields, Glasgow.

He served with the British India Steamship Company and afterwards went to Australia to serve with the Union Steamship Company of New Zealand.

In 1915 he returned to this country to join the Navy and was attached to HMS "Rowan". He was invalided out in July 1917.

He died of an illness contracted on active service on 28th August 1918.
