Brown Bin Charge Terms and Conditions

10.1  If the Customer moves property, they will be required to purchase a new Permit for their new address unless a Permit
         for the new address already exists.

10.2   All Permits must remain with the property they are registered to.

10.3   The Customer shall be unable to transfer existing Permits to a new address and no refund will be issued.
