Getting Around

If you already know which stations you would like to travel between, there are various sites that can provide you with timetable information. This includes the National Rail website which hosts information related to the entire rail network of Great Britain. Scotrail, Scotland's Railway, operates most rail services in Glasgow. Traveline Scotland provide a current list of rail operators in Scotland, their websites and contact number for booking.

• Online with the operator you are travelling with
• Using a smartphone app development by the operator you are travelling with

Bikes on Trains

Scotrail provides useful information for travelling with a bike on Scotrail services.

Some services require you to book a limited number of cycle spaces in advance and tandems/ larger cycles such as cargo cycles are only permitted on some services.
