The pilot areas identified at Custom House Quay and Cowcaddens Underpass are areas that have been subjected to high levels of graffiti and have in effect been used as an unofficial legal walls for some time.

By identifying these spaces as graffiti walls, we anticipate improved quality of graffiti practice and artwork with enhanced public awareness and appreciation of graffiti culture.
