You can use this form to notify us that you have an Unoccupied Property.

The Council Tax (Variation for Unoccupied Dwellings) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 allow for a reduction of Council Tax for unoccupied dwelling which is not a person's sole or main residence.

In order that I can determine the appropriate reduction due, please complete the questions below, supplying any evidence requested and submit the application.

Please note that payment should not be withheld pending the result of any discount application.

If discount status no longer applies I will advise Glasgow City Council within 21 days. Failure to provide this information is an offence, which may make me liable for an initial fine of £50 and £200 for each subsequent offence.
