Glasgow City Council is pleased to announce that applications are invited for Glasgow's Holiday Programme Summer 2025 - Spring 2026.

Aim of the Fund

The Programme is informed by the Glasgow City Council Strategic Plan and enables community organisations to provide nutritious food to children/young people using their services during school holiday periods. The Programme is for children/young people 0-18 years of age.

Please ensure that you read all of the guidance, complete all questions and provide the additional documents required by the closing date of 5pm on Monday, 9 December 2024.  Applications received after this date cannot be considered.  Assessments will be made based on the information provided.

Aim of the Programme

The Fund is informed by the Glasgow City Council Strategic Plan and enables community organisations to provide nutritious food to children/young people using their services during school holiday periods. The Fund is for children/young people 0-18 years of age.

Success to Date

• An evaluation report on the Summer 2018 programme can be viewed here.
• During 2019/20 the Children's Holiday Food Programme ran during the Spring, Summer, October and February holidays.  A monitoring report on the Summer 2019 programme can be viewed here.
• During 2020/21 the Children's Holiday Food Programme ran during the Spring, Summer, October and February holidays.  A monitoring report on the Summer 2020 programme can be viewed here.
