Permanent Site Licence for Mobile Homes with Permanent Residents

Under the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 if you intend to use land as a Mobile Home Site with Permanent Residents (year round residents) you need to apply for a Permanent Site Licence.

You can submit your application by post to the following address:

We recommend that you send the application by Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery to ensure that it is received.

How much does it cost?

An initial application costs £600 and a renewal application is £300.  The application will not be accepted without the correct fee. There is no fee for a transfer of a licence.
