Permanent Site Licence for Mobile Homes with Permanent Residents

Under the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 if you intend to use land as a Mobile Home Site with Permanent Residents (year round residents) you need to apply for a Permanent Site Licence.

We recommend that you send the application by Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery to ensure that it is received.

How much does it cost?

An initial application costs £720 and a renewal application is £360.  The application will not be accepted without the correct fee. There is no fee for a transfer of a licence.

How to make payment?

Payment should be made by BACS Transfer (electronic banking) to the Licensing Board Account. When making payments please quote your licence reference number if you are a current licence holder or quote PSL/Address of Premises if you are a new licence holder as detailed below

Please note that your application will not be formally lodged until payment has been received.  The fees are non-refundable.
