To celebrate the tremendous work carried out by our staff, an award scheme has been launched to recognise and celebrate those staff who provide outstanding service.

So, if you have been impressed by a member of our staff, who has demonstrated one of the competencies below then we would like to hear from you.

  • Customer Excellence
    Have you been in contact with a member of our staff who you feel provides an excellent service? Do they listen to your requirements and is flexible in their approach?
  • Personal Effectiveness
    Do you deal with a member of our staff who is committed to their job and doing it well? Do they make sound decisions and are good at sharing information?
  • Delivering Results
    Does this member of staff always put in the effort to solve problems and deliver results?
  • Managing Change
    Does this member of staff always try to improve the way the service is provided? Do they respond positively to change and help people react to change in the best way?
  • Leadership
    Do they motivate, inspire and support the people they meet and work with? Do they help others achieve results?

How can I make a nomination?

Complete an Online Nomination with our easy to use form.

What happens to my nomination?

Everyone who is nominated will receive a letter advising them of their nomination from their Director and shortlisted staff will receive a certificate of recognition. One person will be chosen as the overall 'winner' for their service.

Please note you cannot nominate a member of your family or close friend.
