Spotlight on Stress Awareness Month

Stress Awareness Month is an annual event, led by the Stress Management Society every April to increase awareness about the causes and effects of stress and to encourage open conversations to reduce the stigma surrounding stress and mental health issues.
In today's world, stress often thrives in the midst of conflict, tension and division. So this year, The Stress Management Society are sending out a powerful call to action to approach ourselves and others with kindness, compassion, and acceptance, no matter the challenges we face. If we #LeadWithLove, we can embrace empathy, prioritise understanding, and create positive change in every interaction.
