What is it?

A discount to reduce your Council Tax bill where:

• You are over the age of 18.

• You are the property's sole occupier.

How does it work?

To award a discount we need to know who lives in your house and the date that you became the only adult occupier.

We can periodically review all exemptions and discounts to check that the award is still correct.
