How do I apply for a Gambling Premises Licence?

There are a number of conditions which will be attached to each type of premises licence. You can download them below:

How do I apply for a Gambling Permit?

Please return your completed application form with the appropriate fee to our licensing section.

• Application- Conversion or new grant or change of name for unlicensed family entertainment centre gaming machine permits (Word doc, 57 KB)
• Application- Conversion or new grant or change of name for prize gaming permits (Word doc, 67 KB)

Fees

• The fee for a new application for grant is £300.
• The fee for a change of name is £25.
